Our process

After submission, you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. Each application is reviewed against clearly defined criteria.

If shortlisted, you will participate in:

  1. A screening conversation via Microsoft Teams
  2. A structured interview with our Talent team
  3. A final interview with the hiring manager (and panel where applicable)

At each stage, we assess capability, alignment with The FYI Way, and role-specific expertise. You will also gain insight into our standards, expectations and leadership approach.

Pre-employment screening

We conduct reference checks, right-to-work verification and additional screening aligned with our ISO 27001 obligations. These steps safeguard the integrity and security of our workplace.

Offer and onboarding

Offers are made verbally, followed by formal documentation and structured onboarding.
